Our Team
The Mercy Ministries’ Team
Though The Mercy Ministries relies heavily on volunteers to help our clinics operate efficiently, increase patient capacity and broaden specialty services, we also recognize the value of having a team of staff dedicated to our mission. The success of our programs have largely been linked with our relational approach to care, and it’s difficult for patients to build a trusting relationship with their care team if its members are constantly changing. Thus, dedicated staff provides the continuity of care needed to impact real change in our patients lives; and together we are “putting God’s love into action to provide healthcare services to those in need!”
Not only is our team unified in mission, but we also are unified in the organizational values we have identified. We are serious about protecting the integrity, Christ-centered, family-oriented culture we have created; and make all decisions based on these values.
The Mercy Ministries’ Values
Evangelism – We will intentionally share the Gospel with word and action in all we do.
Integrity – Everything we do will be above reproach for the sake of our organization and those who support it.
Respect – In all things we will lead people to value themselves, and in return, value others.
Compassion – We will seek to alleviate physical, mental and emotional suffering.
Accountability – We will not enable people to maintain the status quo; growth is the only option.
Community – We believe isolation is toxic and thus encourage Biblical community throughout our programs.
Excellence – In everything, we will be prayed up, organized, and will execute our tasks with passion!
